Requirements

There are absolutely no specific requirements to join our program! We believe in providing opportunities for all students, regardless of background or experience.

  • No English Needed — Tagalog is fine! You don’t need to be fluent in English—if you speak Tagalog, you’re set! As long as you can understand and read some English, you’re good to go. Your team and team manager are Filipino, and all communication will be in Tagalog, making the program easy and accessible for everyone.
  • You just need Access to a PC or Laptop: Since this is a work-from-home internship, all you need is a reliable computer or laptop with internet access. This allows you to work remotely from anywhere in the Philippines. And don’t worry, we get that internet can go down at times and might make you unavailable. The good thing? You set your own hours so you can catch up on work whenever you want.
  • Eagerness to Learn: You don’t need to know anything yet, you can learn what needs to be learned during the internship whilst getting paid. A strong desire to gain real-world experience and grow your career is all we ask. You’ll have the support and resources to help you succeed, but it’s your enthusiasm and willingness to learn that will make the difference.
  • No Fixed Hours required and No Fixed Work Schedule. You set your own work hours. Do you want to work 2 hours in the middle of the night on Tuesday? Or 2 hours in the early morning on a Sunday? You decide. As long as you reach the total weekly hours we agreed upon, we don’t care! This internship program is designed to make YOUR life easier, not harder.
  • No Experience or Degree Required: We welcome students from all academic backgrounds and experiences. Whether you’re just starting your studies, aren’t studying yet or just looking to gain more practical knowledge, our program is open to all Filipinos eager to develop their skills and gain valuable work experience. We mean it: your background experience or degree does not matter when applying.

As a new team member, your role will primarily focus on learning and performing Virtual Assistant tasks. However, this is just the starting point.

No, you can speak Tagalog. A good command of English is not required. You will be working alongside a Filipino team and reporting to a Filipino manager.

Most internships offer only experience and certificates and nothing more. They require you to spend a lot of your time, but barely reward you.

Here, we believe in compensating you while you gain experience. This internship allows you to learn, grow, and get paid for your contributions.

Yes! We value internal growth, and high-performing interns often transition into full-time roles or are promoted within the company. Fun fact: many of our current managers started as entry or internship positions

You’ll learn Virtual Assistant skills, remote work skills, project and task management skills. In addition, you’ll also learn how to use AI effectively, how to leverage AI to become 10X more productive, learn to use software tools, learn to research using the internet and much more.

Depending on your role, you might also be involved with a range of areas, ranging from business strategy, marketing, social media, content or video creation, copywriting, technical components such as the basics of WordPress, lead generation and much more.

Our internships typically last from 6 to 12 months, with the option for a 3 to 6 month duration based on your availability. The minimum duration we prefer is 6 months.

After 12 months, you may be offered a full-time position with a consistent workload, additional benefits with us, or you can choose to take the experience and apply it to new opportunities with other companies. 

You’ll do both! While much of your work will be independent, you’ll also collaborate with team members and participate in some team projects.

Your performance will be measured by the quality of your work, meeting deadlines, and your ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with the team.

We use a project management system to track tasks and submissions such as Project Management tools and communications tools (e.g. Monday, Slack, Telegram, …). You’ll receive clear instructions and deadlines for each assignment.

As of now, we primarily communicate through Telegram, email, and virtual meetings via Google Meet.

Work hours are flexible, which means you can set your own work hours. We aim to accommodate your schedule.

You won’t need to follow a strict schedule. You can decide what days you work and at what time. You can even split your work hours over multiple days and at different times.

Yes, we offer flexible hours, so you can structure your workday to fit your personal routine as long as you are able to work the agreed upon weekly hours. 

No prior experience is required. We accept individuals with a passion for learning. Prior experience is a plus but not required.

No problem! This internship is designed to help you gain experience. We’re here to teach and guide you through the process. 

You’ll need a computer or laptop and a reliable internet connection. A smartphone may also be useful for quick communications. 

No, as of now, the paid internship can be done by regular updates via chat. There is no need for virtual appearance or any meetings.
